- I have had no problems with Tiscali broadband so far. I received the modem within a week, which was a week faster than advertised!
- I've had the unlimited broadband package from Tiscali for about 6 months now. It was very simple to switch from my previous provider (BT). On no occasions have I been unable to connect. My teenage son is quite a heavy downloader (film clips, music and games etc), but we haven't had any problems with this.
